We are pleased to announce HEI Energy’s September 2023 Quarterly Research Updates. They describe progress and next steps for five exposure studies in communities affected by oil and gas development. The research teams have been diligently advancing in the following key areas:

1. Monitoring air quality and noise in multiple oil and gas regions.

2. Developing a model to predict effects of oil and gas operations on local and regional air quality.

On June 27, HEI Energy hosted a webinar "Social Science and Environmental Health: Case Studies of Research Collaborations." This webinar presented three case studies of research collaborations between social scientists and environmental health scientists.
