The Health Effects Institute (HEI) and Health Effects Institute Energy (HEI Energy) are seeking contractors to provide quality assurance services for their funded studies.

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new research program designed to improve our understanding of community exposures that come directly from unconventional oil and natural gas development (UOGD) across the United States.

HEI Energy Committee Chair George Hornberger, Committee member Ted Russell, and HEI Energy staff Donna Vorhees and Anna Rosofsky will hold a Town Hall at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting in New Orleans on December 14, 2021.

This webinar will review the current understanding of the scale and location of abandoned and orphaned wells across the U.S. as well as possible human exposures associated with releases to air and water from these wells and efforts to address them.
